  7. Saturday: Innovation Advertise new local eco products or services in your shop and websites. Utilise Sale or Return and condition your name or logo to be on their advertising. This saves paper and energy by removing additional advertising purchases for your business. Use Chain of Custody Certification for business cards (PECF or FSC) to manage sustainable resources now and for the future. Invest in society by contributing Green Office Week financial savings into a local Foundation Trust which local community groups can apply for. Condition your Logo/name to the advertising. This will promote and support your Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility reputation.

  8. Sunday: Biodiversity What’s growing in your car park or in the pavement flags in front of your shop? Which birds sing and nest where you work? To find out ask Greater Manchester Local Record Centre to send out one of their volunteers for the ‘Grey to Green Project’. The volunteers will audit all species and record them into a database called RODIS. This is free and the findings will help Greater Manchester to baseline what species it has.
