OAI Responsibilities • Increase internship numbers on campus • Function as a liaison • Work with Career Services to recruit providers • Monitor compliance with policies • Process master internship agreements • Serve as a resource to internship programs • Provide funding to strengthen internship programs
Coordinator Responsibilities • Provide orientation to students interested in internships • Maintain relationships with experience providers for students • Inform students of internship opportunities • Ensure the academic integrity of academic internship courses • Ensure internship course quality • Follow university policy governing internships • Maintain contact with student interns, receive reports and evaluations, and issue final grade
