  2. RAPID OPERATIONAL ASSESSMENT FedNor's Targeted Manufacturing Initiative for Northern Ontario provides up to $15,000 for Qualified Service Providers such as us to conduct Operational Assessments. SMART assessments can only be performed by an approved Qualified Service Provider (QSP). And We are Qualified Service Providers Th Through FedNor’s Targeted Manufacturing Initiative for Northern Ontario, the SMART Productivity Assessments program was created to assist and support Northern Ontario manufacturers improve their operations. Under this program, CME can contribute 50 percent of the eligible costs to a maximum of $15,000 to help companies identify opportunities in the areas of product and process improvements, quality, lean manufacturing, information systems, human resources, management systems, and market analysis. Companies Companies who complete an assessment would be eligible to apply for productivity improvement funding through FedNor’s Targeted Manufacturing Initiative for Northern Ontario. I? ??????? ???? PACE, ??? ??? ??????: 1. D 1. Detailed assessment that identifies what you are already doing well, opportunities for enhanced productivity and/or cost savings. In addition to benchmarking your current state, we identify your future state and provide additional potential funding sources for the ongoing success of your business. 2. Action Plan with clearly defined action steps you need to achieve the desired future state, broken down into: the “just do it” - easy to implement action items, near and long term action items, along with some quick wins. 3. Clea 3. Clear indications on how much time, money, and/or resources you will save upon implementing the Action plan. 4. Recommendations on how to sustain and improve upon your organizational effectiveness, moving forward. 5.
