Cognitive Research NCMRR

The National Center for Medical Rehabilitation Research (NCMRR) was established in 1990 within the NICHD through PL 101-613. NCMRR spearheads cognitive research to advance the field of rehabilitation. It boasts an Advisory Board and a Rehab Coordinating Committee that collaborate on developing a comprehensive research plan since 1993. NCMRR allocates funds for research and training initiatives to enhance medical rehabilitation practices.
