  2. Spotted Pattern Any pattern composed of spots is a spotted pattern. A piece of polka – dot fabric has a spotted pattern. So does a dalmatian!

  3. Danger Pattern The purpose of a danger pattern is to attract attention. Black – and – yellow caution tape warns humans to stay out. The colorful pattern of a ladybug warns potential predators to stay away.

  4. Natural Patterns This pattern is found in nature. A natural pattern is rarely exact.
