  3. The Product Introduction: • The Test Portal provides a platform to develop web based tests of different types and patterns. The site also provides an infrastructure for the users to design their own tests according to their requirements. • The site has been developed using JSP, JAVA, JavaScript, and HTML.

Test Types Test Types: • Standard Tests • Psychometric Tests • Customized Tests Standard Tests: • A Standard Tests are designed by site administrator and can be of any type depending on the requirement and purpose behind the test. For example a test which examines user’s abilities in a specific subject or skill falls in the category of “Skill Test” .

  5. Test Types Psychometric Tests: • Psychometric tests are designed by authenticated psychologists and psychiatrists. These personals are called “Experts” in our terminology. For this purpose the site provides a separate area for the Experts. Psychometric test are made online by Administrators. Customized Tests: • The site provides users a platform to design and publish their own tests. Such users include individuals, institutions, academics and training companies etc. An environment has been provided where users add questions and design tests.

  9. User Classification There are three types of users for this site. • Master - There exists only one Master . - Have all the rights of Administrator. - Makes Admins, Experts and Ordinary Users. Administrator - Makes Standard Tests - Responsible for publishing all three types of tests. - Makes Experts and Ordinary Users. • Expert - Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Psychometrist. - Makes Psychometric Tests.

  10. User Classification Ordinary User There are two roles of ordinary user. 1. Test Taker - Takes all the three types of tests. 2. Test Maker - Makes the Customized Tests.
