Quality & Cost-Effectiveness Poor quality nursing care and out of control nursing costs in 24/7 health care facilities are primarily due to unregulated and unaddressed issues of bad staffing and scheduling methods. The typical chaotic methods used today in 24/7 health care facilities are causing billions of dollars of unnecessary costs, and at the same time, are causing poor quality nursing care.
