The District Simplified Grants program utilizes a portion of the district’s DDF to fund humanitarian goods and services through itemized budgets. Projects can be local community initiatives or international efforts, ensuring direct Rotarian involvement. Adherence to standard grant policies is mandatory, with funds provided upfront for project execution. Clubs must submit a detailed application at least two weeks prior to the project and report on outcomes within a month of completion. Proper accounting records and compliance with TRF guidelines are essential to ensure eligibility and funding integrity.
