This paper presents an innovative method for level set segmentation that optimally integrates upwind vector techniques to address minimal curvature issues. By enhancing the traditional level set framework, our approach improves segmentation accuracy, particularly in regions with subtle features. The proposed algorithm efficiently balances computational load while maintaining high-quality segmentation, making it suitable for a variety of image processing applications. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our method against existing segmentation techniques in challenging datasets.
