  3. For Liquids • Molarity is used to determine moles in a volume of a liquid. • Molarity means the number of moles in a Liter (1000mL) of water. • For example: a 2M solution of CuSO4 has 2 moles (g) of CuSO4 in a Liter of water. • Practice Problems Chapter 18 pg 509-511 #8-11
