PDHPE is important for all young students education. For students to grow into healthy adults and build a positive future, it is necessary for them to have a solid understanding of their development and core values as members of society.
PE • Physical Education is the part of PDHPE that covers physical activities such as sport, games, and most importantly – FUN! • It aims to engage learners in ways to be fit and active and greatly increases their quality of life by allowing students to fully interact with world around them.
Personal Development & Health aims to provide information and advice to students about personal and social issues that can affect them as they move through life. • e.g. Drug Education • Sex Education/ Sexuality • Nutrition • Healthy life choices PDH
