  4. Section V - Scope of Work 1. Purpose This contract provides ferric chloride for the Water Services Department’s Water Treatment Plants, and Wastewater Treatment Plants. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards. 2. Background The primary objective of this contract is to ensure that the City of Phoenix has a continuous supply of ferric chloride.
