    3. Foyers Great place to greet guests, remove coats and shoes Floor should be of material not affected by dirt or water Must have a coat closet Min. of 2 x 3 Recommended 30 deep by 4 wide

    4. Foyers Cont. Minimum size of a foyer is 6 x 6 Average size is 8 x 10 Good to have a bench or chair and a table to take stuff off Flooring of tile, slate, linoleum, or a tight weave carpet
