Required Contents of an Inspection Report to Support Enforcement Action At minimum, the inspection checklist should include the following: Inspection date and time. Current conditions of the site. Inspectors name. Onsite record review. Does the site comply with the site map and SWPPP documentation? If not why not? Are BMP’s being implemented and maintained properly? If not why not? Are the perimeter sediment controls in place and properly maintained? If not why not?
Required Contents of an Inspection Report to Support Enforcement Action At minimum, the inspection checklist should include the following: Are all equipment, materials, and wastes being properly stored? If not why not? If no discharge to State waters was observed but there is a risk of a potential discharge, a clear statement must be provided that addresses the this specifically and identifies the facility as being a low or high risk of being in violation The inspectors should clearly outline the Regional Board’s expectations as to what the discharger must do to correct violations Backup photographs must be included in the site report to document any problems noted
