Not Anymore! • Submit SESC Plan to District only • Once SESC Plan approved you get a “Certification Code” letter from the District to…. • Apply on-line for your 5G3 Construction General Permit: • E-Permit • * 1 acre disturbance • * 5 acre disturbance • Must apply ASAP after SESC Plan approval or 30-days prior to construction. *
