To address this issue, I propose integrating Dartfish software, which allows students to view their initial mechanics, learn the correct techniques, and ultimately succeed in sports skills. The solution includes essential equipment such as a Tripad, a computer, and a camera, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. By utilizing this technology, we can ensure our students attain the necessary skills to prosper in physical education.
