  2. 1) Preliminary Screening by VCS Component Manager and FUM Specialist A serious allegation is one that, if proved to be true, would undermine the reputation of the Voluntary Certification System if the Certified NGO continued to be certified. A reasonably credible allegation is one that a reasonable person could believe to be true.

  3. 2) Review by NCCC

  4. 3) Investigation and report by designated investigator(s)

  5. 4) Decision on misconduct by NCCC

  6. 5) Decision on consequences by NCCC
