Building Effective Leaders • Support principals, APs, and BLTs to effectively implement the school improvement process • Coaching principals via individual support and through monthly meetings to implement the Framework for Powerful Results • Strengthen the observation and feedback skills of administrators to support quality teaching

  8. K-12 Coherence • College readiness begins in elementary • Implement a k-12 curriculum aligned with College Readiness Standards • K-12 Instructional Rounds • Seamless transition from elementary to middle to high school • STEM and STEAM across grade spans
