The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) aims to develop a sustainable Post-Doctoral Fellowship Research Program through a strategic partnership with leading universities. This initiative will leverage the expertise of advanced researchers from Penn State University, the University of New Mexico, the University of Florida, and others, to enhance capabilities in science and engineering crucial for WMD defense. The program will establish a systematic approach for selecting and mentoring post-doctoral fellows, enabling rapid access to innovative research solutions for mission-critical challenges.
