The Carroll County Schools district, under the mantra “A Champion for Kids,” sets clear goals for improvement in education. These goals, presented to the Board of Education, focus on enhancing facilities, technology, curriculum, instruction, and assessment. By establishing criteria for effectiveness and organizational clarity, the district aims to measurably impact student achievement. The strategic plan aligns with district goals and incorporates regular monitoring to ensure all students excel, including specific targets for academic engagement, writing proficiency, and literacy development.
