Entering OSD Assessments • Request Page • New Layout • Current selections listed beneath the picklist • Menu controls moved to left sidebar • Some functionality moved to the list view page • Modified Functionality • Picklists do not automatically submit changes • Use “Check Results” button to test request • Assessment count becomes “Unknown” when a change is made • New Functionality • “Show Obsolete Indicators” feature • Help features on the page • Same result, different page • “See List” brings up grid, but on a separate page • Navigate back to request using “OSD Assessment Request” link

Entering OSD Assessments Assessment View • Release Assessments • Basics • Release button moves the data to next point in the process • Assign button moves the data back to that point in the process • DAMIR notifies users at that level that the assessment has been released or assigned • Contact List – The + sign opens the level to view contact information • Auto Pass? – When you release with this checked, later assignments below you don’t stop at your level when released again. • Instructions available, if needed, on the page • Security Hierarchy Support • All users with release privileges have privileges to add/remove users for their domain • Demonstrate as time allows
