Paul Kwan has extensive experience and skills for his post as he has served as CIO at Maybank Kim Eng, Millennium Partners ($23B hedge fund then), Head of Technical Support in the MPG Operations, LLC, New York, Executive Director, Enterprise Technology in the Goldman Sachs, Hong Kong and has his taste in management to working in the Deutsche Bank, Toronto, Canada.

  3. To speak of his education background, Paul Kwan (Maybank) went to Kingston, Ontario to attend Queen’s University studying Computer Engineering.

  4. Subsequently, Paul Kwan earned his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. He later obtained the Canadian Securities Course (including CPH)in 1995 and Professional Engineer, PEO (Canada) in 1992.
