  2. Amaç:Deri tüberkülozları ve lepra hakkında bir pratisyen hekime yetecek derecede bilgi aktarmak. Öğrenim hedefleri: Ders sonunda öğrenciler; 1. Deri tüberkülozları hakkında gerekli bilgileri öğreneceklerdir. 2. Özellikle lupus vulgaris ve skrofuloderma hakkında bilgi sahibi olacaklardır. 3. BCG aşısı komplikasyonlarını bilecek ve PPD testinin değerlendirilmesini yapabileceklerdir. 4. Lepra ve tarihi-toplumsal önemi konusunda yeterli bilgiyi alacaklardır. 5. Her 2 hastalığın tedavileri konusunda fikir sahibi olacaklardır.

  14. TEDAVİ 1. İzoniazid (INH) (300 mg/gün veya 5-10 mg/kg) 2. Rifampisin (RİF) (600 mg/g veya 10 mg/kg) 3. Etambutol (15-25 mg/kg) 4. Pirazinamid (15-30 mg/kg) 5. BCG enfeksiyonlarında lokal bakım İlk 2 ayda 3 veya 4 ilaç birlikte verilir. Sonra 7 ay boyunca İNH+RİF ile devam edilir (toplam 9 ay veya lezyonlar iyileştikten sonra 1 ay)

  23. LEPRA REAKSİYONLARI TİP I REAKSİYON *Mevcut deri belirtilerinde şiddetlenme * Periferik sinirlerde kalınlaşma, fonksiyon kaybı * Tip IV hipersensiviteye uyar TİP II REAKSİYON *Eritema nodozum leprozum * Tip III hipersensiviteye uyar.
