AV4001 GUI Development and Feature Update Overview

The AV4001 GUI is currently available, with a skeleton already established from previous projects like AV2001 and AV5230, allowing for efficient re-use. The AV4001 XML register list is confirmed for an update with the latest datasheet. Key features to be integrated include implementing a new communication protocol aligned with Durandal Linux firmware, ensuring USB communication is functional on both GUI and Durandal sides, and establishing Ethernet communication via TCP/IP. Planned features also involve periodic status register reads, basic and advanced script processing, macro recording, new window displays, and gathering user feedback for additional features.
