Mission: Our philosophy at Precision has been to develop products that multiply the productivity of our customer’s machines as well as enhance the accuracy and output of the older machines and bringing them at par with the best ones. We strive to provide online, cost effective and reliable solutions for packaging products to ensure error free delivery.

  4. Cutting Machine Program a) Accucut: Developed in 1991, ‘Accucut’ is a perfect example of symphonic development. It is also popularly known as ‘Patwardhan’s Program’. It was our knowledge of the machines that led us to infuse new life into expensive machinery which was rendered redundant by the advent of computerized cutting systems. This tiny giant injected a new life into these cutting machines enabling the users to compete with the best in the industry. And all this coming at a small additional cost!

  5. Cutting Machine Program b) Accucut Touch: We constantly upgrade our products through continuous R&D which has helped us come up with “Accucut TOUCH”. This state of the art cutting machine program sports a graphic display and a touch screen with options of Indian languages.

Cutting Machine Program c) Accucut Touch EMC: Precision Cutting Systems Pvt Ltd has been operating since 1991; we are the largest suppliers of cutting machines with over 4,000 systems supplied across the globe. We have supplied programs to Dubai, Kenya, Tanzania, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and all over India. We can also boast of supplying cutting machine programs to all cutting machine manufacturers across India.

  7. Inspections Systems Codemat Production of pharma, FMCG and Food Packaging of cartons is a ‘Multi Stage’ process. Further, cartons of different products and make are manufactured at the same place. During this process, utmost care is taken to avoid mix-ups. But still…some error may pass a mix-up carton. To check this ‘codemat’ helps you. This camera based system is installed on a folder gluer machine, which is the last operation in the manufacture of cartons.

  8. Inspections Systems b) Dual Camera: Dual Camera Print Verification System : Very efficiently designed system that contains two cameras from Topsenso, Germany. This system is used for the verification of the correctness of Pharma Leaflets. The cameras are installed on a leaflet folding machine. One camera verifies the upper surface while the other checks the lower surface of the leaflet.

  9. Other Accessories We also provide various accessories and peripherals used in Industrial Automation. We provide Rotary Encoders from “Nemicon, Japan” Regulated Power supplies for different electronic automation boards. Timer belts of different pitch and length as well as timer pulleys of different no. of teeth and pitch. These parts are also used with ACCUCUT and ACCUCUT Touch to provide length information to the device.
