The Biomedical Sciences Corps (BSC) fosters leadership and expertise through a robust developmental program. Our mission enhances Air Force effectiveness via top-tier customer service and scientific knowledge, ensuring optimal force performance and a healthy beneficiary population. Officers are encouraged to broaden leadership experiences and enhance their skills through Professional Military Education (PME). The BSC Developmental Team aims to guide, recommend, and review professional growth opportunities for officers, ensuring their readiness for future challenges.
