Regulation of mRNA Levels in BMDMs: Mgll, iNOS, and CXCL10 Responses to Cink4 and IFN
This study investigates the mRNA expression levels of Mgll, iNOS, and CXCL10 in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). Data shows a comparative analysis between p16+/+ and p16-/- BMDMs when treated with Cink4 and interferon (IFN). Levels of Mgll, iNOS, and CXCL10 mRNA were quantified under treatment conditions to assess the effects of these factors on inflammatory response pathways. The findings highlight the differential expression patterns and their implications in immune responses.
