  4. Where are we located? Two locations • Wilderness facility • Gateway facility

  5. When can you reach us? • M-F from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. • 24/7 - if you need us

  6. Why are we here? Because there are legal requirements related to records (privacy, access, retention and disposition), which, if not properly understood, put the County at risk.
