  2. Focus\Goals Goal: To implement a Continuous Improvement Planning model aligned with the Middle States accreditation process. Review and revise the North Rockland High School Mission Statement. Focus Question: Where is NRHS now and where are we going as a learning community in preparing students for college, careers and citizenship in the 21st century? Key Terms: Vision, Mission, Goals

  3. NRHS Mission The Mission Statement of North Rockland High School is to develop students are who are intellectually curious, socially responsible and prepared to meet the present and future challenges of our changing world.

A Framework for Shared Goal Setting Focus: create shared clarity of thought, direction, and purpose Reflection: learn from the past and identify ways of accomplishing goals Collaboration: come together to share knowledge and ideas -Conzemius & O’Neill FOCUS Where do we want to be? REFLECTION Where are we now? COLLABORATION How will we get there?

  5. Thinking Questions Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How did we get to where we are? How are we going to get to where we want to be? Is what we are doing making a difference?
