    3. Whats going on? Was search and seizure of Terry and others in violation of 4th amendment? NO!!!!!! Searches designed for officers safetylooking for weapons Now known as a Terry Search or a Stop and Frisk are legal

    4. I wanna argue that! Did the officer have a right to frisk Terry? YES Did officer seize Terry under 4th amendment? YES Did officer have cause to believe Terry may cause him harm? YES Was the search reasonable? YES

    5. Is this your final answer? I agree with the Court I would have decided the same way The decision meant Terry did the time. Also meant society is safer from bad guys! It protects the officer
