Skills I Used Making This Presentation • Level 4 • The images I use are appropriate and well-formatted. • I use animation properly without it detracting from the presentation. • My presentation sounds and looks right for the people watching it. • I make sure my presentations are not too long or too short. • Level 5 • I use the outlining tool to gather my thoughts and help me concentrate on content instead of formatting. • I use the slide master to format my presentation. • I use speaker notes. • I use timed transitions to help me control the dursation of my presentation. I rehearse and improve my presentation. • Level 6 • Text on my slides is succinct and complements my speaker notes. • I use graphs or tables in my presentations to help people understand things. • I use multiple slide masters to format my presentation. • I set timing. • Level 7 • I create genuinely multimedia presentations. • I use the master slide for text, images and animation. • I set timing perfectly taking account of the duration of slide transitions. • I rehearse my presentations in front of an audience then improve them. • Level 8 • I link data sources to my presentations so that graphs update automatically. • I create my own media for use in my presentations.
