  4. Record Keeping The system is intended to store data/information and in some cases, depending on availability of software programs attached to the system, it might analyse needs. It includes dcumenting and storing information about a wide range of things.

  5. Importance of record keeping and documentation Any record keeping system should be accurate, reliable, easy to follow, consistent as to the basis used and be very simple. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records and documents is vital to the success of any business. Good record keeping and documentation is vital in regards to meeting the financial commitments of the business and providing information on which decisions for the future of the business can be based. While the business maintains records to monitor and record its normal business activities, it is also necessary because of obligations under the laws.

  6. Documenting requirements Some common documenting requirements: Report how effectively and efficiently eash strategy/program is being delivered. Develop any recommendations. Recommend strategies to stregthening coordination and collaboration. Identify strategies to for engaging other stakeholders. Describe the support/service roles of each staff memebr. Include recommendations for suggested future directions. Report on evaluation and good practice activities used. Report on funding requirements and financial situations.
