What to Submit Complete application consists of: • Online application with attachments • includes IRWM Plan or FED • 3 hard copies of the application • 3 hard copies of the most recent plans & specifications • CD of all applicable references
What to Submit Label hard copies and CD’s with: • “IRWMP Implementation Grant, Step 2” • PIN (from FAAST) • Applicant name • Proposal Title
Deadline for Submittal • All portions of the application must be received by 5:00 pm June 8, 2006 • Allow time for delivery of hard copy/CD • Do not change electronic attachments after hard copies are shipped
