Montbello High School's SBOE-Luz Castaneda aims to raise attendance to meet the 92% goal. By implementing a Gold Coins Incentive Project, the school is motivating students to arrive early for their first period classes. Challenges include change in team members, time management, and school morale. Despite obstacles, attendance rates have improved from 84.961% to 91%.
