This study, funded by the French Embassy CSDF, focuses on public participation and basic services awareness. Findings reveal low FBS awareness, indigent majority among DDP participants, and concerns over municipal response to complaints. The study sets a baseline for enhancing service delivery and public participation. BESG aims to initiate interactions with municipalities to address issues like advertising, municipal meetings, indigent policy, equitable funding, and poverty alleviation strategies.
