Process • Read about the course on the MBA website/handouts • Pay for the course using 123Signup (print confirmation) • Register for MGMT891:900 • Fill out MGMT891:900 registration form • Bring registration form and confirmation to JMHH 300 • Front desk staff will register you and give you a copy of the registration form • Request work authorization from OIP • Copy of registration form • Written offer letter • CPT Summer request form (available in MBAPO) • Your passport Curricular Practical Training 3/23/2009

  5. Process • The class - 45 lessons: • Assessment • Two modules of 20 lessons each • Final assessment • Dates of Importance • May 15, 2009 – course opens • July 15, 2009 – must have completed 20 lessons • September 15, 2009 – must have completed all 40 lessons • No completion by this date results in F grade • F grades preclude honors Curricular Practical Training 3/23/2009

  6. Caveats • What happens if you don’t finish 20 lessons by July 15 • Your CPT will be canceled • You will get to meet the fun guys from the Department of Homeland Security • Next session • April 7, 2009: online delivery system explained – 4:30-5:30 PM, in JMHH 365 Curricular Practical Training 3/23/2009
