  1. Training Tips Driving on the Right Side of the Road

  2. Training Tip #1 Know your audience. Look at registration forms for information about grade levels represented in your audience.

  3. Training Tip #2 Acknowledge the different grade levels in the session. Suggest that they will need to be flexible and think of ways to adapt to their grade level.

  4. Training Tip #3 If possible, have multipleversions of the same lesson. Good for differentiation. In the training session, use the more challenging version.

  5. Training Tip #4 In a grouping situation, one group might teach or model for another group.

  6. Training Tip #5 Quick Start – Big Finish Get right into the lessons without much introduction End with the most fun activity

  7. Group Assignment Considering the successful strategies you have used in the past, how will you adapt your training session now for a more widely varied audience? State 5 principles for good training, which may be an elaboration of previous ideas today or specific to ideas from this curriculum.
