Account Unique seven (7) digit number used to identify a pool of funds assigned to a specific entity or department. • The first digit of the Account corresponds to the ledger code. • Account numbers in KFS will consist of the 6 digit FRS Account with a 0 at the end. • Accounts are defined under the organizational hierarchy through a “Reports To” Organization. • Account attributes are assigned to accounts for further categorization.
