DESCRIPTION

Motor Packages. Solder 100K resistors (R11,R12,R14,R15). Solder 1K Resistors (R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R8,R9). Solder 2x3 Header. Add 2 jumpers to 3x2 header. Quad package solder (R24) as shown. Otherwise add a 100 ohm resistor to (R24).

  2. Solder 100K resistors (R11,R12,R14,R15)

  3. Solder 1K Resistors (R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R8,R9)

  4. Solder 2x3 Header

  5. Add 2 jumpers to 3x2 header

  6. Quad package solder (R24) as shown. Otherwise add a 100 ohm resistor to (R24)

  7. Place l6205. Do not solder chip.But do solder the heatsink.

  8. Solder (D1,D2)

  9. Solder 47pf(470) to (C23,C24)

  10. Solder .22uf(224) to C26. Also add .01uf(103) to (C25)

  11. Solder .1uf(104) to (C14)

  12. Add 100uf electrolytic to (C17). Long lead goes to +. – on these caps are also marked

  13. Solder l6205

  14. Add 4 pin terminal

  15. Add screw terms. Either side of board. It does not matter.

  16. Place second l6205, do not solder. But do solder the heatsink.

  17. Solder 47pf(470) to (C9,C12)

  18. Solder .22uf(224) to (C11)

  19. Solder .1uf(104) to (C13)

  20. Solder electrolytic to (C10) Long lead goes to +. Cap is also marked with – on the - side

  21. Solder second l6205

  22. Solder 4 pin term
