Metro Region Lidar Project

This document details the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Lidar Project survey test data, dated January 13, 2011. The dataset includes a minimum of 100 test points classified into five land cover categories, with 20 points per classification spread throughout the county. The geographical data is based on NAD83 (1996 adjustment) for horizontal datum and NAVD 88 for vertical datum. All data is to be submitted in a comma-delimited (.txt) or CSV format, with specific codes for different land cover types.

Horizontal Datum • County Coordinates – US Survey Feet • NAVD 88 Vertical Datum • Submit in comma delimited (.txt) or CSV file
