Great Gift Idea for Photography Gift Idea Excited About 1. Hama Lens Pen We use it forever and he is perhaps the most important helper in our photo bag: The Lens Pen. The Lens Pen is a small pen with a cleaning pad on one side and a small brush on the other side. There is no better tool for cleaning the lenses - especially not for this price. The lens pen is so small that you can always have it with you and perfect for removing dust, fingerprints or other dirt or stains on the lens. A perfect gift for anyone who still cleans their expensive photographic equipment with linting, scratchy handkerchiefs or the T-shirt and a 100%, the year-long approved recommendation from us! 2. Bean Bag as a Tripod Replacement

2. Tripods are incredibly useful when taking serious pictures and are essential for night photography or other long-term exposures. Tripods are also bulky and expensive. A great and cheap alternative, especially for holidays and travel is a special beanbag, on which the camera can be stored. The bag is water-repellent, indestructible and extremely space-saving. More importantly, it is designed so that you can straighten the camera straight and stable. It is easy to shape, fits in every backpack and is the perfect solution for on the go. 3. Stylish Camera Strap Are you looking for a practical AND beautiful gift for a photographer or a fashion-conscious photographer? The standard camera straps are practical, but also incredibly boring and printed with great advertising for the camera manufacturer. Fortunately, there are really nice alternatives that are much more stylish and individual. A great selection of beautiful camera straps can be found at Design straps, but Amazon also has some straps on offer. With such a strap you are guaranteed to make every photographer a pleasure! 4. Instant Camera Do you remember how cool the old Polaroid cameras were back then when you immediately held a fully exposed image in your hand? This really cannot compete with smartphones and Instagram filters. For years, every photographer had the problem that there were no more films for these cameras. Meanwhile, the retro instant pictures are back in fashion and there are a number of cool new instant cameras with a retro look. Above all, we can recommend the Instax of Fuji. They are available in many cool colors and she is a hit at every party and a lot of fun. A great gift for non-photographers, which is guaranteed not lying around in the corner. 5. USB Stick in Camera Optics for Image Backup on the Move

3. A huge topic in photography is image security. Just traveling while traveling makes you many valuable pictures that you want to bring home safely. Uploading all the photos to the cloud is often not practical, and bulky external hard drives are just annoying. A really cool and practical solution for image security is this USB stick in camera form. The design is a real eye-catcher and will inspire Canon photographers. 32 GB is enough for all kinds of photos. The USB stick is, therefore, a practical as well as beautiful and special gift, 6. Programmable Remote Trigger Whether for Seflies, long exposures or time-lapse photography: A remote trigger is often essential. A really good one for different camera systems is the Alex AX- 3 Timer Remote Trigger. It allows both single shots and high or low-speed continuous shooting, long exposure (including bulb function), as well as time- delayed and timed triggering. Be sure to select the correct cable for the recipient's camera when purchasing. Since the cable is removable, the remote shutter can also be used with different cameras. I'm very grateful for the remote trigger that I got many years ago, because without it, for example, our time-lapse footage of Northern Lights in Iceland would never have been possible. A perfect gift for many years: for both a beginner and an ambitious photographer! 7. Gorilla Pod Tripod When traveling, we often have to set up our tripod in the most unlikely places. In the meantime, we have our Gorillapod with us on each of our trips: a lightweight travel tripod, with an ideal pack size, which is above all one thing: super flexible. You can set it up almost anywhere and attach it to anything possible and impossible, even sideways or upside down: The legs of the Gorillapod can be bent flexibly in all directions and keep your camera bombproof.

4. Our Gorillapod hung for long exposures already on trees and benches, on fence posts in Iceland, on walls and exterior mirrors. No matter where we are: It is one of our favorite travel equipment that we can always rely on. I also got it as a gift many years ago and am still happy about it today. An idea that I absolutely want to pass on! 8. Camera Cookie Cutters Your photographer friend likes to bake? Then we have the perfect gift: cookie cutter in camera form! The cookie cutters have three shapes for different camera types and are a really cool gift, especially at Christmas time. Decorated and decorated make the finished camera cookies really much and are a hit with photo enthusiasts. 9. Rocket Air Bellows against Dust We use two helpers to clean our cameras. The already recommended Lens Pen and the bellows Rocket-Air by Giottos. With the Rocket-Air you can blow dust, crumbs and other dirt off the lens without wiping on it. But what we particularly love about rocket air is that you can carefully blow the dust out of the interior of the camera body that you would never otherwise get to. We've always had ours for many years and we love him. It's a really cool tool for photographers who take photos outside and get our full recommendation. 10. Polarizer A great tool for landscape photography is a polarizer. It is screwed onto the lens and intensifies the blue of the sky and the colors in the landscape. It also reduces reflections in the water, which is a huge win. For someone who deals with landscape photography, a polarizing filter is an excellent gift. But it is important that you have to know the diameter of the lens for which the filter should be used. This is printed with a diameter symbol on the lens. Maybe you have the opportunity to look inconspicuously or to have someone look? 11. Folding Reflector

5. Do you want to give someone who likes to photograph people? If he does not have a reflector, this tool will bring his photography forward. With a reflector, the sun or studio light can be redirected to the face of the model and disturbing shadows disappear. Neewer's 5-in-1 Folding Reflector is practical, light and incredibly helpful for good facial lighting and beautiful skin tones. Of course, it is also suitable for shadowing or against flashing. A great gift for portrait photographers!
