The Nevada Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination & Management aims to improve grant accessibility and efficiency across state agencies. Despite ranking 51st in federal grant spending per capita, the office is working to increase grant funding through strategic initiatives, collaboration, and enhanced support for agencies like Health & Human Services, Education, and Energy. Recent efforts include a benchmark study, a $4.26 million grant acquisition, and a three-year strategic plan to build a robust grant management framework.
