A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the driver of a white or ivory 2006-2007 Lincoln Navigator. The suspect is described as a black male in his mid to late 30s, with a heavy build and a distinct tattoo on his right forearm. The vehicle was spotted in the area of Nelson and Broad Streets during the early morning hours of July 14th.
