3. FMH Rx Renewal Request • Patients can request Rx refills from the patient portal “My UKHealthCare” • Patient can only request Rx refills from a provider they have an established relationship with • FMH RX Renewal Task is created when a patient requests a medication refill from the patient portal • Delegated tasks will go to the same task list the current Rx tasks go to (ie. Rx Renew Request, Call in Rx, etc.) • Task is resolved when a response is given to the patient through a FMH message

4. FMH Rx Renewal Request FMH Rx Renewal task will be found on your Rx Renewal task list Comments at the bottom of the task list provides information about where the message originated

FMH Rx Renewal Request • Medication Details – displays the information entered by the patient • Response to Patient – is for the office or provider to respond to the patient • End Communication – disables “Reply” for the patient in Follow My Health – Rx Renewal Request • Communication History – conversation history for multiple passes between the patient and provider/staff • Complete or Incomplete – below Response to Patient, adds a prewritten response to the patient (you can edit the prewritten response) Double click on the task to open “Follow My Health – Rx Renewal”
