Galileo 360° Fares What is it and what does it do? • Galileo 360° Fares is an industry benchmark and delivers state-of-the-art capabilities for pricing airfares in three fare product areas – Airline Published Fares, Airline Private Fares and Agency Private Fares. • Deliver a faster time to market for new and adjusted fares. • Accommodate the intense frequency of change of some fares, such as Qantas Red-E-Fares. • Offers full rule validation ensuring confidence in the fares. • Cater for new enhancements and industry mandates. • Reduces discrepancies risked by manual fare builds that result in ADM’s. • Provide an enhanced Fare Guarantee.

Start End Select Customer Type Products by Customer Connectivity Migrating to Galileo Galileo Training Galileo Rewards Travelport Group Overview Airline Private Fares • Airline Private Fares allows air carriers who file fares with Air Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) to provide agencies with private fare data directly into the Galileo 360° Fares database. • Airlines are able to file private fares and their corresponding rules and routes with ATPCO in the same manner as they file public fares for travel throughout the world. • Airline private fare data from ATPCO can be sent to Galileo via electronic transmission three times a day. • Agency productivity is increased because agencies require less time to maintain their own private fare records.

Overview Galileo Desktop Internet Access (GDIA) is: • A browser based agency computer reservation system using secure authenticated communications technology. • It enables agents to access Galileo’s air, hotel and car content through a terminal emulation screen in a standard web browser. • Offers full ticketing capabilities via the existing Galileo VPN based Print Manager product.

Benefits Improves Efficiency • Agencies no longer need to use the VPN Client which can be unreliable to ensure communications is authenticated and encrypted when making bookings on the GDS. • As it’s browser based, agents can access GDIA from the office and at home using any Internet connection. This means the agent will always be using the latest version of the product, and the agency does not need to load any updates onto individual machines • Agents can store commands (similar to PKEYS in Focalpoint) that can be executed with a mouse click • Agents can have full control over the creation, amendment and deletion of users once GTID’s have been obtained and set-up using the new administration component.
