This project aims to create a vibrant urban community tailored for young professionals, featuring an engaging mixed-use development in Midtown that bridges the city of Houston. With 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 70,000 sq. ft. of public green space, and various amenities, including a health spa and café, we will foster a lifestyle that prioritizes connectivity and wellness. The project includes 342 residential units with convenient access to transportation, encouraging a seamless transition from Midtown to the broader city.
