How do you request services? • On-Demand • Request one to as many services as you would like. • Batch • Through CARM Rules • i.e. All accounts with no phone #, Balance > $1000, Days Past Due > 90 (Scrub A) • Process • Requests are pooled into a single file. • Files are exchanged on a nightly basis. • New Requests • Results of previous requests

These events happen during different phases of the bankruptcy case and can help contain costs, better manage bankruptcy processing and reduce risk exposure.

Contact & Locate Data • Address Only or Address/Phone Service: • This batch process allows LexisNexis to customize a process for any of your address, phone or address/phone needs. • Phone Service: • Optimized Waterfall Phone service • Returns 3 of the best phones technology +data + analytics can provide. • Other choices for phones available such as: • Directory Assistance, • Reverse Directory Assistance • Phones Plus - an alternative phone source from LexisNexis that has over 100 million cell phones, can all be accessed as individual phone searches. • Deduplication: • Clients can elect to have 1 address and up to 5 phones presented in the incoming data and LexisNexis will guarantee that none of the matches returned will be the same as the submitted information. We provide optimized results for your phone and address processes, constantly striving to increase the number of Right Party Contacts we return so you can quickly see a return on your investment.

Overview of Offering • LexisNexis Batch service is a process provides customers the ability to create custom, fully integrated skip tracing solutions that meet a client’s need for locating individuals, finding assets and staying in compliance with mandated regulations. • Available processes include: • Address and Phone solutions with the ability to filter one address and up to 5 phones from the answer set received. • Scoring Services • Bankruptcy & Deceased • Relatives, Neighbors and Associates • Property • Motor Vehicle • People at Work • Judgment and Liens All can be accessed on an individual basis or through a custom waterfall solution that combines different processes based on strategies you determine.
