Expression Analysis of UMOD in Untransfected and Wild-Type Transfected MDCT Cells

This study investigates the expression of UMOD in untransfected (nt) and wild-type (wt) MDCT cells. The focus is on comparing the protein bands, with particular attention to the 83 kDa and 75 kDa UMOD proteins. By employing Western blot analysis, we aim to elucidate the differences in UMOD expression levels between the two cell types, which may provide insights into the functional roles of UMOD in renal physiology and pathophysiology.
