  2. PLANNING FOR LEARNING • The last stages of backward design is Stage 3: plan for learning experiences and instruction.

  3. WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BEST DESIGN?

  4. Clear performance goals. Hands-on approach. Focus on interesting and important ideas, questions, issues, problems. Real world application. Powerful feedback system. Variety in methods, groupings, tasks.

  6. W- WHERE / WHY What is the traditional Turkish art? Have you ever seen an art like in this picture? Do you have any idea how to make it?

  7. H-HOOK What kind of tools do you think you need to EBRU? How old do you think this art is? What pictures can you create on Ebru?

  8. E- EXPLORE AND EXPERIENCE, ENABLE AND EQUIP Naming and finding the materials to create an Ebru art. Practice it with the help of a real Ebru artist.

  9. R- REFLECT, RETHINK, REVISE • Watching videos and discussing about what we can do better next time. • Watch different instructional videos and discuss with your fiends what you can do better next time.

  10. E- EVALUATE • Evaluate your work and your fiends work in your group based on understanding the meaning of Ebru art.

  11. T- TAILOR and PERSONILIZE THE WORK Students generously share skills and knowledge in small groups.
