  2. TEMP56_18602 • Monitored Element- Sundown – Amoco 230kV • Contingent Element - Tolk – Yoakum 230kV • Reason for Violating: Limited on Increment generation with 2 outages in the area.

  3. CRAASHVALLYD • Reason for Violating: Slow responding generation south of the flowgate.

  4. TEMP28_18528 • Monitored Element- Hayes – Vines 115 kV • Contingent Element - Postrock – Knoll 230kV • Reason for Violating: Wind directives are required to relieve this flowgate. Directives were issued but there was a delay before action was taken causing the flowgate to violate.

  5. Temp56_18602 • Monitored Element- Sundown – Amoco 230kV • Contingent Element - Tolk – Yoakum 230kV • Reason for Violating: A line was unexpectedly taken out 2 days before outage was planned.

  6. Temp26_18766 • Monitored Element- Butler - Altoona 138kV • Contingent Element - Caney River - Neosho 345k • Reason for violating: No dispatchable generation near the flowgate.
